About Honorless Targets

[ffvideo][/ffvideo]

Honorless Targets was founded shortly before the release of Wrath of the Lich King.  During its initial run, Honorless Targets cleared both 10 and 25 man versions of Naxxramas, Ulduar and Trial of the Crusade.  HT also successfully completed the Glory of the Ulduar Raider achievement in 10 man Ulduar.  Unfortunately, due to the real life conflicts of a number of the officers, HT disbanded as Icecrown Citadel was released.

In April of 2010, Honorless Targets was revived.  Run by the same leadership and rebuilt with most of the core raiders, Honorless Targets is back with a vengeance.  We are a guild built upon a number of principles and goals.  First and foremost, we are interested in progression, 10 and 25 man.  At the same time, our officers understand the difficulty of meeting strict attendance requirements, and we are therefore a guild that has a relaxed attendance policy.  While performance and capability are a strict requirement for a raid invite, we only require a 50% attendance rate for 25 man progression raiding.

In addition to 25 man Icecrown Citadel, we also focus on 10 man ICC runs on our off nights.  Beyond Icecrown, we regularly clear 25 man ToTC in order to gear up offspecs and Friends and Family / Alts, and we regularly schedule Ulduar 10 and 25 man hardmode runs so that our raiders can obtain their mounts.

Honorless Targets is back and recruiting.  We place skill and experience over gear.  Sadly, gearscore has become the single judge of a player's worth on Dalaran these days.  In Vanilla WoW and during early TBC times, gear surely did represent a player's worth - you could only obtain gear in raids and horrible players were rarely carried.  In Wrath, this could not be further from the truth.  Today, some of the best gear (aside from heroic gear) can be obtained from farming badges, yet so many people judge a player based upon their gear alone.  We don't.  In fact, you are likely to receive a stern reprimand from an officer for bragging about your "GS" in guild chat.  In Honorless Targets, we focus upon teamwork and skill, not gear.  So come join us.
